The Leading Above the Line program was developed especially to meet the training and development needs of a unique group of leaders operating in a highly complex political environment. The program provided the opportunity to engage in leadership training content that was multifaceted, relevant and impactful, with a training design that promoted personal reflection, skill building, increased confidence and personal leadership commitment.
