Andrew Carnegie has over 30 years’ experience in delivering a wide range of training and development programs in the areas such as strengths-based leadership, change management, coaching, strategic thinking, relationship building, wellbeing, and building high performing teams.
From his early career in clinical settings, Andrew has progressed his passion for helping people achieve their full potential through his experience of managing interdisciplinary teams, working with elite athletes, negotiating complex workplace issues, pioneering employee wellbeing programs and teaching and researching in leadership as a university industry fellow.
